Catherine Rodriguez is a Filipino‑American photographer. Her practice traces the slow, tactile work of looking — moving between landscape, portraiture, and the quiet spaces of domestic life.

Across projects, she returns to questions of land, labor, migration, and the communities — Asian, queer, diasporic — that shape how we understand belonging. The camera becomes a way of staying close: with family, with strangers, with the places that hold memory.

She earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2022 and an M.F.A. in Photography from Pratt Institute in 2026. Based in New York City, she lives and photographs between there and the Bay Area, California.
